For sale is a real triceratops tooth. Triceratops was among the most powerful herbivores of the late cretaceous (and is believed to have been an arch-rival of T-Rex). It is estimated to have been almost 30 feet long, 9-10 feet tall, and weighed up to 12 tonnes. This tooth originates from the Hell Creek Formation, South Dakota (USA).
- The tooth itself measures about 1/2 inches long (1.25cm) long and may differ slightly from what is pictured in the photos.
