For sale are several extinct angustidens shark teeth. Angustidens is an extinct shark that preceded the Megalodon and is believed to have been 30 - 35 feet in length with teeth up to 4 inches long. These teeth were found off the coasts of North/South Carolina and are mostly greyish-black in color. We have several of these teeth available.
- The tooth you'll receive will resemble the teeth shown in the pictures, but it will not be identical.
- Relative dating has been used to date these to the late oligocene - early miocene eras.
These teeth measure between 1 3/4 inches to a little over 2 inches long.
